Ophelia’s Electric Soapbox takes brunch to the next live with live music and DJs performing on stage. 


It also doesn’t hurt that Chef Justin Cucci, the genius behind Linger, Root Down and El Five, has created a menu that doesn’t disappoint. 


I’m a huge fan of the green eggs and ham flatbread — a recommendation from our server that was out of this world: Spinach and kale are scrambled with roasted garlic then topped with prosciutto, pecorino, mozzarella and crushed tomato picante.


A friend from out of town tried the chicken and waffles and said it was the best he’d had ever — anywhere. And not to be missed is the Creme Brülee French Toast. Seriously, how can you go wrong with challah, moscato-poached strawberries, mascarpone and basil.


Oh, yeah. Ophelia’s also offers bottomless mimosas, and they don’t care if you linger to enjoy the music.
