One of Denver’s most acclaimed restaurants is now offering corporate market and bakery catering.
The Bindery, located at 1817 Central St. in LoHi, will put together an assortment of freshly baked pastries, breads, preserves and cookies that are the perfect compliment to workplace meetings. Free delivery within a 3-miles of the restaurant is available for orders of $150 or more. There is a $15 fee for orders less than $150 or more than 3 miles away.
Bindery owner Linda Hampsten Fox was recently named Stars of the Industry Chef of the Year by The Colorado Restaurant Association recently, and the restaurant was voted Best New Restaurant for 2018 by readers of 5280 Magazine.
In addition to a full-service restaurant that dishes up delicious plates such as Burrata Napoletana, Cavatelli al Pesto Genovese and Roasted Hen and Apricot Stone Mole, the market offers grab-and-go breakfast sandwiches such as the Tuscan Porchetta (butter roll, fennel seed porchetta, fried egg, mozzarella, salsa verde), as well as a selection of soups, salads and sandwiches for lunch.
The Bindery is open Tuesday through Friday for breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. Tuesday through Friday and lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. It serves brunch from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday and dinner from 5 to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday; 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.m Thursday through Saturday and 5 to 9 p.m. on Sunday.
