A crucial first step in the buying process- which is also one of my favorites- is a one-on-one zoom or in-person coffee date! This meeting allows me to discover what your needs are so that I can gain a clear picture on what it is you want in your future home. We will talk about the market conditions and the real estate buying process in Colorado. It is also an opportunity for you to interview me and ask me any of your real estate questions. It's important to me that you walk away from this meeting feeling excited about working together and confident knowing that I will go above and beyond to get you your next home.
